- Joinery made Red Deal Staircase (no MDF)
- Structural Cert by Engineer
Full Attic Conversions
A Full Attic Conversion means that your attic will be fully functional as another room in your home
A Full Attic conversion includes everything you get in a Half Attic plus:
- Electrical and Plumbing fittings
- Insulation and Plastering
- Attics fully finished to a pre painted finish
- Certificate of Compliance by Architect
- All Work done to current Building Regulations
